Group Environment Scale (GES)
Instrument Description:
The Group Environment Scale (GES) assesses ten dimensions of the social climate of psychotherapy and mutual support groups, task-oriented groups such as health care staff teams, and social-recreational groups. Norms are based on more than 2,400 members and leaders from 305 groups.
