Military Environment Inventory (MEI)
Instrument Description:
The Military Environment Inventory (MEI) assesses seven dimensions of the social environment of varied types of military contexts. In addition, the MEI has subscales linked to military performance and sick-call rates. The MEI can be used at the individual and unit level to assess expectations and perceptions of the environment and to identify individuals and units at risk for morale and performance problems. Norms are based on 32 military training companies.
